This draft explains the data flows in the website preview. The business must review and complete retention, access, and contact details before public launch.
Quote requests
The quote form collects the information you choose to provide so it can be stored with the project and used to prepare a quotation. In this preview, submissions are saved to the project database and do not notify the business.
Saved form details
While you complete a quote or estimate, the information you enter is saved in this browser tab’s session storage so it can carry between pages. It is removed after a successful submission and is normally cleared when you close the tab.
Files and analytics
Optional drawing/photo uploads are sent to managed storage only when that integration is available. The site records a small set of event names without names, contact details, message text, dimensions, or a visitor identifier. For spam protection, the server temporarily uses the request address in an in-memory rate limit; it is not written to quote or event records. Hosting log retention should be confirmed before launch. A WhatsApp link, when configured, opens a message draft for you to review and send.
Before launch
The business must confirm who can access requests, how long records and files are retained, how deletion requests are handled, and which contact or analytics services are used.
