What to include in a box quotation request
A short checklist for buyers who know their box details—and for those who are still choosing.
The essentials
Start with what you are packing, approximate dimensions, quantity, and delivery location. If you already have box dimensions, state the unit and whether they are internal or external.
Helpful extra details
Add product weight, how the box will be used, printing preferences, and a required date if one applies. A drawing, photograph, previous sample, or repeat-order reference can help explain a requirement.
If you do not know the board specification
Choose “Not sure” and describe the product and its use. Ply alone does not determine strength, so a final board specification should be confirmed against the full application.
Before you approve
Review the dimensions, printing, quantity, delivery location, and quotation inclusions. Confirm any sample or artwork approval steps and the agreed commercial terms with the supplier before production.
